We do not guarantee to supply the goods shown on our web site, nor do we guarantee to supply at the price shown. Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that stock prices, details and delivery times are correct, there may be occasions when we cannot meet your order. However, where an order is placed for several items and some items are unavailable or have been subject to change, we will try to contact you. Delivery lead time
Although we maintain a small stock holding, most of our products are
completed to order. We have large stocks of unfinished products awaiting completion upon receipt of your order. Each piece is individually completed by hand and delivered to you approximately 10 weeks from receipt of order and payment.
Stock holding
We aim to maintain stocks of all mirrors and the smaller cabinets along with the Versaille collection in all of the available finishes. The website will detail which items are available from stock should you require an immediate delivery.
Dimensions and finishes
Please be aware that our products are manufactured and finished by hand. This handmade element will result in the finish of each individual piece being very slightly different to another. We recommend that orders are placed for multiple units at the same time to ensure continuity of look.
Fabric
Whilst we have a relatively exclusive range of fabrics, we are happy to offer an upholstery service to our clients should they chose to supply their own fabric. This service is free of charge barring any shipping charge which will be passed on at cost.
Bespoke furniture
We are able to offer a bespoke manufacturing service. We are happy to produce items from our brochure to your specification. In addition we offer a full design and manufacturing service based on your specific requirements.
Delivery of goods ordered
At present, all Room Candy Interiors products are delivered as per our delivery terms to addresses within the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. For delivery outside the UK, if not listed in our delivery terms please enquire before placing your order.
The Room Candy Interiors Returns policy
If you are unhappy with a Room Candy Interiors product, you may return it under the following conditions: You, as the purchaser, have contacted us within 7 days of receipt of delivery and stated that you wish to make a return.
•The item remains in the condition in which it was supplied
•The item is returned in suitable protective packaging at your expense
If these conditions are met, Room Candy Interiors will refund your original purchase less a 20% handling charge price .
Payment
Online orders are processed through the HSBC payment gateway or the Paypal web site. HSBC or Paypal act as our agent in collecting your payment and validating your payment card details. Your order will not be completed until the payment process is complete and the relevant funds have been transferred to Room Candy Interiors. Certain types of payment can take longer to complete than others. Payment is relatively quick if you use a credit card or you use a Paypal account containing sufficient funds to cover the order. Payment can be delayed by up to ten working days if you use a debit card or if you use a Paypal account without sufficient funds to cover the order.
